Welcome! I’m Noel Goddard - the Sole Proprietor of Goddard Painting. I started painting way back when I was a bright eyed, 17-year-old boy, and since then have sampled every part of the painting industry. Along the way, I learnt that the thing that keeps those stars lit in my eyes is keeping my feet on the ground and working with the people - the residential clients. 

Being invited into people’s homes, getting to know each client, and understanding what they’re trying to achieve - that’s the thing that keeps me motivated and bouncing out of bed each morning.  

I’ve bucked the trend and dedicated my business to following my passion - exclusively working along-side people, helping them to create their home. Because life’s too short to do things (and live in spaces) that don’t bring you joy. 

18+ years’ experience

My 18 years’ experience painting houses in Hobart means I’ve learnt how to overcome every painting challenge your home could possibly throw at us, and know the best approach to achieve a quality paint finish on your home.

Exclusively Residential

I work exclusively with residential clients. Your project won’t be pushed to the side because my big builder wants his job done at the drop of a hat. You are my priority.

Friendly and approachable

You need to feel comfortable with your painter in your home and confident to communicate any wants or concerns throughout the project. Luckily, my friendly and gentle demeanour naturally makes people feel at ease.
